That is why mentoring is of particular value today. A mentoring program is an effective and popular way of transferring professional knowledge and skills from a more experienced specialist (mentor) to a less experienced one (mentee).
The project involves informal interaction between professionals from different fields of activity and university students - mentors and mentees.
