The government of the Kirov region announced the appointment of Oksana Viktorovna Shishkina
to the post of Deputy Minister and Head of the Project Activities Department of the Ministry
of Economic Development of the Kirov Region. She began work on March 28, 2023.
It is known that Oksana Viktorovna graduated from the Vyatka State Pedagogical University, the Volga-Vyatka Academy of Public Administration, underwent professional retraining at the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.
She worked as Deputy Director for Finance of a pharmaceutical company, Head of the Client Relations Department of the MBU "Multifunctional Center for the Provision of State and Municipal Services in the City of Kirov", in the "Center for the Strategic Development of Information Resources and Management Systems".
In recent years, she was the deputy head of the territorial administration for the Leninsky district and the deputy head of the city administration - the head of the territorial administration.
