At eight “Profdesant” sites, high school students were acquainted with interesting directions of training of the technical faculties of VyatSU. High school students were offered to talk with the robots, to assemble the actual model of the excavator themselves, to conduct experiments with electric current, liquid nitrogen, dry ice, to try on the builders' suits, to give first aid, to build a tent and to start a fire.

At the vocational guidance site of the Omutninsk Metallurgical Plant, members of the Youth Council (many of them are graduates of VyatSU) presented an interesting video about the work of the plant, its products, and told about the program of social support for young professionals.

At the end of the first day, the participants of the festival had an interesting surprise from OMP - the intellectual game “Mozgoboinya”, as well as the traditional disco with contests from VyatSU students.

The victory was gained by the team representing “Forest Management”, a new direction of training bachelors at the Institute of Chemistry and Ecology of the VyatSU.

Many high school students participate in the “Abitura-Fest” not for the first time. At the closing ceremony of the festival, the most active participants received diplomas and valuable gifts with the symbols of VyatSU.
