The Flagship University expands the pool of foreign partners

The next achievement of the VyatSU is become known: according to the results of the competitive selection, the Flagship University of the Kirov region signed a research work contract for the official use by the Eurasian Economic Commission on the topic: “Development of system to improve the control efficiency (risk-based approach) of the compliance with the general rules of competition in cross-border markets in the  conducting of research, assessment of the state of competition and investigations on an initiative basis.”

The second party to the contract was the international organization Economic Commission for Europe (ECE), which highly appreciated the VyatSU competitive bid, which is based on the scientific development of the Head of the Department of Finance and Economic Security Elena Karanina.
 
An important contract was signed, and the work started! It began with a three-day visit to the VyatSU co-contractors under the contract - representatives of the Batken State University of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Director of the multidisciplinary Kyzyl-Kiysky Institute of Batken State University Aidarbek Gyyazov shared:

The contract signed by VyatSU and ECE opened new horizons of cooperation, which became the subject of discussion between Russian and Kyrgyz specialists.

 
During the negotiations, the directions of joint activities under the contract were determined. We discussed the methodology, defined our part of the work, its scope and specific tasks.
 
“Intermediate results will be presented in March 2019, and all work must be completed during the year”, - told the acting Director of the Institute of Economics and Management Nadezhda Savelyeva. She also informed that colleagues from Kazakhstan, Armenia and Belarus would join the implementation of the international project in the nearest future.
 
As for cooperation with colleagues from the Kyrgyz Republic, its prospects were discussed at a meeting with the Vice-rector for science and innovation of VyatSU Sergey G. Litvinets. “Currently, we prepare an agreement on cooperation between universities, which will regulate our further cooperation”, - explained Nadezhda Konstantinovna and assured: the international team is ready to work!
