Vyatka state University has again improved its position in the national rankings

This year, VyatSU took 59th place among 337 leading Russian universities in the Interfax rating and became one of the top 100 leaders out of more than 600 participants of the “National recognition”

Vyatka state University again took high positions in the prestigious national rankings, improving the results of previous years.

 On July 30, the international information group “Interfax” presented the XI annual National University Ranking for 2020. The activity of 337 leading universities in Russia was assessed (which is 10 more than last year).

The analysis and assessment of universities was carried out according to six parameters: educational activities, research activities, social environment, internationalization (international cooperation), innovation and technological entrepreneurship, brand.

 

Vyatka State University has risen to the 59th place in the prestigious national ranking. In general, the positive dynamics compared to the indicators of 2015 was 44 points. It should also be noted that VyatSU took 6th place among more than 30 flagship universities in the country.

 The high assessment of the activities of Vyatka State University is reflected in the rating of Russian universities “National Recognition” -2020. Among more than 600 universities, VyatSU took 95th place, improving its position by 14 points compared to last year. At the same time, among classical universities, Vyatka State University rose by 5 points, becoming 33 out of almost 100. In addition, in such subject areas as “Biology”, “Energy”, “Electrical Engineering”, “Mathematics”, “Public Education. Pedagogy”, “History”, “Literature. Literary studies”, VyatSU entered the category “Best Universities”.

The high expert assessment is the best reflection of the ability of the largest university in the Kirov region to adequately respond to the challenges of the time, along with the solution of strategic tasks set in the VyatSU Development Program for 2016-2020.
