(full-time - 4 years/ part-time, using the distance learning technology - 5 years)

Complex implementation of the youth policy in the sphere of labor and employment, law, politics, science and education, culture and sports, communications, healthcare, government and public relations, as well as  cooperation with youth and children's public organizations and the employers.
