Valentin Pugach was born January 10, 1970 in Krasnoarmeysk, Donetsk region.
Education:
1995 - All-Russian Distance Institute of Finance, Credit and Finance.
2005 - Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, with honors.
Candidate of Economic Sciences.
Employment:
1990 – work in senior positions in audit, Economics and accounting
2001-2006 – the administration of the President of the Russian Federation: Federal inspector in the Republic of Mari El, the Main Federal inspector across the Kirov region.
2007-2008 – SGU at the Government of the Russian Federation "the Russian Fund of Federal property", the head of the Kirov branch.
2009-2010 Federal service for supervision in education and science, head of Department for licensing and accreditation.
Since 2010 – rector of Vyatka state University
