Annual international Inclusive Dance balls (http://inclusive-dance.ru/en/) are held for inclusive couples and teams from different regions of Russia and other countries.

Inclusive dance is a modern dance art that combines creativity, rehabilitation and volunteering. People of any age groups and with various types of violations participated in the festival.
This year, Vera Kassina, a teacher of VyatSU College, became a participant in this event. She was invited by the orphanage "Rodnik" (Murygino village, Kirov region) as a volunteer of the 5th Anniversary International Festival of Inclusive Dance to a ball that took place in the Tauride Hall of the Grand Tsaritsyno Palace.

On October 28, 2017 about 150 couples were honored to dance in one of the most beautiful halls in Russia. Inclusive couples and dance groups represented different regions of Russia and various European, Asian, American countries and Australia. And the judges came from Great Britain, the Netherlands, Belarus and Russia.

Both participants and spectators had got a grandiose show andimmersed into the atmosphere of the XIX century balls. Nothing there could prevent them from dancing and communicating, neither language barriers nor health restrictions.

On October 29, 2017 International competitions on inclusive dance "Dance improvisation - D-class" were held, where couples fought for their prizes. As a result of several qualifying rounds our dancing couple Kassina-Valeev reached the final and got the diplomas of the finalists.

We are glad that we took part in such a grandiose event and helped our friends to get positive emotions!

Note:

For over three years VyatSU College has been interacting with the orphanage "Rodnik" in the village Murygino, Yuryansk district. College students and teachers have been visiting pupils of the orphanage, bringing with them gifts, organizing concerts and joint events.

The main purpose of such events is to please children, to give them new bright impressions and the opportunity to express themselves in various forms of creative activity.

Such meetings are quite a pleasure for pupils, and students, on the other hand, are given the opportunity to gain experience in their social and pedagogical work.
